Alex is a Certified Yoga Instructor and Ayurvedic Lifestyle Specialist with more than 500 hours of training and education, plus, more than 1000 hours of teaching experience.
Yoga is so much more than a movement practice. It’s a system for wellbeing, energetic alignment, and lifestyle healing. You don’t have to practice yoga every day to reap the benefits. You can take the tools taught by yoga and apply them to your daily life with support from a practiced professional.
Alex offers one-on-one yoga and lifestyle coaching sessions for individuals who want to improve their daily lives, she teaches yoga-informed stress management trainings for non-profit organizations and large corporations, and hosts the annual SWFL Wellness Fair for the community.
